The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies will be having its Canadian premiere on Saturday, December 6, 2014, presented by Audi Canada. The premiere of the final installment of the Hobbit trilogy will be hosted at the Windsor Arms Hotel with special appearances from the Academy Award-winning director himself, Peter Jackson, as well as Thranduil actor Lee Pace and screenwriter and producer Philippa Boyens.

The film brings the epic trilogy to a conclusion, following Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) and the Company of Dwarves as they face the consequences of unleashing the destructive Dragon, Smaug, onto the inhabitants of Lake-town. Furthermore another enemy has returned to Middle-earth. Sauron, the Dark Lord, has released hordes of Orcs to attack the Lonely Mountain. As troubles and conflict intensify the races of Dwarves, elves and men must either come together to fight or be destroyed. The trilogy comes to a close as five great armies battle in war.
